Ive been without a phone for 2 days now. I put the money into the account but my plan wont renew. I need to solve this problem asap. @CS_Agent

Anybody else have ideas ? Apparently the moderators like to take 2 hour breaks between responses and im fresh out of ideas.

When i try that it tells me to add a payment voucher. I already have 79.00 in the account which is more than enough.
