I just want to say I have had an awesome experience with the moderators.
So Kudos to PM for great customer experience!
I didn't have a referral code when I signed up and was able to use someones after a few days. They gave me the credit retroactively!

I think sometimes it is a thankless job. They must be overwhlemed right now with more people relying on their cell service to stay connected with family and friends due to the current pandemic.
My personal experience dealing with moderators had been great and professional.

Moderator support using private message is not real time like the online chat. Therefore, there is always a time period between question and answer. To cut down number of round-trip communication, I always supply all necessary information on the issue which I am having.
If you have problem resetting your password, the authentication using you self-serve login will fail. You should use you PIN# to create your support ticket.
Don't know your pin?--provide any 3 of the following:
- Complete mailing address,
- Email address,
- Alternate phone number,
- Date of birth,
- Last top up date & amount
Doing this will save moderator time from asking questions to verify that your are the owner of your account and works on your issue right away.

Hi guys, I agree with the above, comments, if your not part of the community, you're under the, impression PM has no costumer service, once join community, one realizes, it has the best costumer service, we as members, and the MOD's and don't forget Simon.........

@Naepalm I have to agree, my experience with the moderators has always been handled within a matter of hours and the issue has been resolved quickly, except for one time, which occurred at an extremely hectic time because of system glitches and new plans at that time, and it probably took couple of days for them to get back to me. Luckily my issue at that time didn't involve loss of service and the delay wasn't unexpected.
It's always nice to hear the good reviews from customers as this forum usually gets bogged down with some of the more negative experiences, which is understandable too 🙂

@Naepalm Yeah PM's costumer experience has been great for me too. I was really skeptical when I first looked PM so i bought a SIM "To Try". I was looking at all the problems that the people had on the forums but i realized that only a small portion of users have a community account. There are thousands of people that dont have a community account because they have no need to ask a question and they got no problems. Also most of the problems are user problems for example that put wrong information to port over.
