Hi,
I am having difficulties creating a moderator ticket for an invalid SIM card problem. How am I able to create a ticket to speak to a moderator when the platform is creating consistent error messages?

make sure you check in the inbox for reply
hard to say how long, there are factor like if they have too many tickets or so.

usually fast, myself always get a first reply back within an hour. If simple problem, could have resolved everything in 4 hours every 3 or 4 messages back and forth

My phone bill is on hold, as my banking info changed, I am trying to reactivate my account but it is saying invalid sim as well as error messages while trying to do so
