Hi, I am having difficulties creating a moderator ticket for an invalid SIM card problem. How am I able to create a ticket to speak to a moderator when the platform is creating consistent error messages?
My phone bill is on hold, as my banking info changed, I am trying to reactivate my account but it is saying invalid sim as well as error messages while trying to do so
