Hi,
I recently switched from iPhone 7plus to OnePlus 7 pro.
My mobile data is not working since then.
Can someone tell me what could be an issue?

And perform a network settings reset, afterwards the APN settings may automatically configure. If not, proceed with manually configuring as previously mentioned.
Should be located on settings somewhere like:
Settings > Network & Internet > tap the three dots in top right, choose "Network settings reset" > and tap "reset settings" button.
Restart of phone afterwards may be needed.

Enable data on your OnePlus 7 pro. Restart your phone with PM SIM card inserted to let PM configure your APN setting automatically.
If you data is still not working, manually setup your APN using
https://apn-canada.gishan.net/en/apn/public-mobile/oneplus-7 as a guide.
