I was offered an upgrade on my plan to increase to 10 GB on a 4M network, I accepted it about a month ago, however since then the data isn't working. I need to be fixed please or I would like to go back to my old plan.

The setting are correct, the only thing I noticed is the network mode is set up as LTE/3g/2g. Could that be the problem? How could that be fixed?

Well, it has to be something with the updated plan ( 20 GB on 4g), since then, the data is not working. Could you please review the set up.
The phone I'm using is a Samsung Galaxy A04e

Accepting an offer to upgrade your plan would not usually affect your data services. In your self service account, has your plan been switched to the new upgraded plan?
Does your talk and text work? Which phone are you using?
You can try to suggestions already posted.

You may wish to try a few things. One, rebooting the phone. Two, reset your network settings and then reboot the phone. Also, make sure your APN settings are correct.
