I was offered an upgrade on my plan to increase to 10 GB on a 4M network, I accepted it about a month ago, however since then the data isn't working. I need to be fixed please or I would like to go back to my old plan.Thanks
Well, it has to be something with the updated plan ( 20 GB on 4g), since then, the data is not working. Could you please review the set up. The phone I'm using is a Samsung Galaxy A04e
