Since I purchased the new black Friday deal from PM for data my mobile hotspot has stopped working. I can still connect to it but my other device says there is no internet. My husband, who bought the same deal has the same problem. I looked at the forum here and saw that I should try to rename the access point. I tried to do that but the whole area is greyed out. There doesn't seem to be any option to make changes. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Create a new VPN copy all settings but under VPN type add Dun this will get hotspot working. So it should say VPN type internet, MMS , Dun.

Currently this is an ongoing issue. I would try taking out the SIM card and put it in again. If that doesnt work then you might just have to wait for a fix.
