Good isn't Cheap and Cheap isn't Good!!!

This cellular service is cheap - and cheap isn't good! I have tried over 20 times to submit a ticket without success, it appears they just don't want you to ask for help. Can Someone from this company P.M. me??? This submitting a Ticket is so frustrating...

@Yayster   Yes it's unfortunate that the chatbot ticket submission is broken.   Send them a private message as @Handy1 suggested and an agent will get back to you.  You could also explain your problem here (no personal information though as it's public) and someone may be able to advise on a solution.
