There is no app but you can track your ususage and plan under the self serve account.

Many carriers apps are just a shortcut to self serve site but with option to stay logged in. You can bookmark it in browser.

As stated  they don't  data witness is a great data tracking app created by a PM customer @IWIK

@megan66  no sorry they don't I would think it is to keep costs down but you can do all that in your self serve account
