Plan payment problem (autopay)

Hi

I have setup autopay, first I got the message that it didn't go thru yesterday. I saw that everyone were having problem so I paid it myself first.

I sent a PM to mod with no reply yesterday

now I lost all the rewards as well.

are the mod working??

At about 12:20am ET of the new term, the system will convert rewards into Available Funds. Then around 2am ET the system will take what money is in there and then try to take payment from autopay if set up. This is the part that failed for you. So you would have come along later and manually paid the needed amount. Which ought to have been less than your plan cost.

The mods are working but extremely slow. I am currently still waiting for a response to a message I sent them over 4 days ago.

 

Think of auto pay as a method for public mobile to charge you IF your account does not have sufficient balance. If you have sufficient balance it does not need to autopay, but auto pay is still configured so you get the reward. I highly recommend everyone to top off in advance as this process can prevent the somewhat common occurrence of autopay failure which causes a HUGE pain in the butt account suspension and loss of service.

 

All rewards? You lost your community / referral / loyalty? Or all of your "autopay" rewards?
