Mms download issue

I am not able to download mms on my mobile

Is there any setting thats need to be changed??

@Sheetalk  As others have mentioned data has to be turned on even though MMS will not use data and also make sure that mms is part of your APN type in your APN settings if you are using an Android device.

In order to get the picture MMS working, you need to enable mobile data and make sure that your mobile data is working on your phone.

Always restart your phone after enable mobile data to configure the APN setting automaticaly.
