Hi,
Iws tracking my wife's number from rogers to Public mobile. Her ROgers number is xxxxxx0344. Because the autofill option enabled in the browser, the number that filled itself became xxxxxx8449 - and sim got activated with my Visa. Now i am paying for the wrong number amnd my wife's rogers number is still active, how i am replacing the number to the right one on the Public Mobile simcard?

@VladKot Glad it worked for you. Apparently Telus porting centre has recently told some customers to contact Moderators now.

@VladKot Who's number is the 8449 number? Was that your Rogers number? If yes, then tha number was ported over to PM (What a mess ).
If the 8449 number was in error that means the port will not complete and you should receive a call (to the alternate number) or a text to the 8449 that there was a problem with your port.
To submit a ticket to Public Mobile do the following:

Can you please try to initiate new port in plans and add-ons, then click change my number, then select to transfer number.
It may work if you didn't use that option since you signed up

Tell Simon that you are having porting issues. Answer a few questions and then it will start the ticketing process. I just did the process myself and it does work.

Please edit your post to remove your phone numbers as anyone can access to your post.
Agree. Everyone should doubt check the phone number before submitting the form. I had to correct it a few time.
Is the yyy-yyy-yyyy in the same Rogers account with the xxx-xxx-xxxx number you are porting?
Only moderator can access your account.
Create a moderator support ticket using the ? button at the right side bottom corner of this page.
Enter "contact human" as question one or more times. SIMon will eventually show you the "Submit a ticket" button. Click on submit button to get the create ticket screen.
Moderator wait time is up to 2 days.

You will need to contact moderator to fix the porting error. The port will not be completed since you got the wrong number, with the account number, etc.
Click on the question mark on right lower corner of the website to start the ticketing process to get moderator help.
In the meantime, you can insert back the Roger's SIM card and it should still be working.
