Hi,
I am trying to use my Public Mobile bill for verification purposes (carrier onboarding), but the bill/receipt I can download does not display my phone number.
This is causing an issue because the verification requires a document that clearly shows:
My full name
My phone number
Recent billing date
Right now, the document only shows payment/receipt details and not the actual phone number.
Can someone please advise:
How to download a proper bill that includes my phone number, or
If Public Mobile can generate an official statement with the phone number listed
This is urgent as it is required for business verification.

As mentioned, Public mobile does not verify customer's identity when signing up. No credit check. You can use any name and address, as PM doesn't verify.
Therefore, Public mobile invoice can't be used for verification purposes.

@Ahmad_I PM is a prepaid provider and usually cannot be used for address verification
And I doubt they can change the invoice format
You can try to confirm with them again
