*It is absolutely crucial that you are patient with this new system during the Activation Process and take it very easy on the 'Next', 'Continue', and 'Pay Now' Buttons since the system can sometimes be very slow - it will realize you Pressed 'Next' or 'Pay Now', sometimes it just takes a few seconds to think. Let it think, don't Spam Tap as that will bug up the system.*
By Mistake did you tap 'Pay Now' Twice to get double charged?

At the bottom of the Public Mobile website, under 'Get Help', you will see 'Start A Chat', click that and you can chat with ITIA Chatbot. Let it know that you were charged twice! It'll route you to a page where you can create a ticket to contact customer service about your issue.

P.S: If it translate to french, on the very bottom of the Chatbot menu, you can change it to English.

charged twice for your plan ? Look in your account to see if that extra payment is in Available Funds...use it for next renewal then.
