Hello I added mistakenly Canada 1 GB add on instead of US roaming. Also added US roaming. Is there any chance I get refund for Canadian add on

Are you in the USA right now? (guessing so)

 

If not, because the US roaming add-ons expire exactly 15 days after purchase, recommend asking customer support agents to apply credits equal to both add on amounts to your account and repurchase the desired US add-on on the day (or prior) arriving in the USA.

@kishore308 - you are communicating with people who are customers and members like you, not Public Mobile representatives. CSA may just move the cost of the 1GB purchased in error to your available funds balance, rather then go through the process of a refund.

Any available funds will be used on future renewals or can be used for addon purchases.

Do you think you will use it in the future?  The 1GB add-on for Canada doesn't expire and you can keep it as long it takes to use.
