  • I'm  missing points.i payed for 90 days on my plan and i still haven't received my points from December the 13.

I still have not received my points. I payed for 90 day subscription.  I have received all my points at once when I have payed for 90 days.  I payed on December 19

@Deb202020  You earn those points every 30  days not all at once . But if it’s still wrong you will need to contact support to investigate

points should be there within 24 hours.  But maybe just browser cache problem and hence you are not reading the correct points.  Please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again
