Hi everyone
I transferred from PM to KODO but before that I had payed 39$ for changing plan which I have never use that plan because I went to new Kodo, my question is : How can I get it back?

Public Mobile is a prepaid service. They are pretty clear about no refunds on funds already paid.
Public Mobile and Koodo are both under the Telus parent company.
There are absolutely no guarantees but you could inquire with Public Mobile Customer support and see what they say.

Sorry, but you don't get it back. The top up to your Public Mobile account is non-refundable.
