I got my friend to sign up in Dec. They had signed up using my referral code but they are still a member of Public mobile. Please help. My account is still on the old legacy rewards system.

You can check the list of your friends in your rewards section. Do you see the last 4 digits of your friend's phone number in your friend's list? If not, then your friend would need to contact customer service agent.

If your friend entered your referral code correctly. Your will receive a text from PM stating "Cha-ching! You just added to your Refer a Friend-way to go! Keep referring to earn more. View your reward in your account".
If you didn't receive this text and if your friend didn't receive the $10 credit. They either entered it wrong or never used it.
Confirm with your friend and if it is done correctly. Just DM a CS_Agent to investigate and adjust at:

Did your friend get their account credited $10. If not you probably did not get your $1 referral. Ask your friend…they would have to contact an agent with your referral code. To contact an agent:
