I have the $30 500MB 3g plan, but I only had 200MB available to me this month. Why was the other 300MB missing from my account?

Perhaps I'm not understanding, but that doesn't make any sense. If you had a 30 day plan, the 500 MB should have been available for that full 30 day period until used up. Also, the 30 day period starts on the day you activate your plan, not the first day of the month.
