Is there a difference between subscribing via the App vs the website?
Website:
App:
I noticed that when you log-in and subscribe through the website, there's an "Available for new activations only" but this doesn't seem to appear when subscribing through the app.
My exisiting plan: $34.00/Mo 50GB Data within Canada and the US at 5G Speed.
New plan: $35.00/Mo 60GB of data for use within Canada, US & Mexico at 5G Speed.
For $1.00 more I can get 10 GB more data.
Does anyone know why that is? Are there any other differences between App vs website subscriptions I should be aware of or am I even qualified? I am an existing subscriber, 1 year anniversary this May 1st.
Thank you.

@Marc_T There is really no reason to wait. If you see the plan in your account, select it to change no next renewal. Then take a screenshot to protect yourself as suggested by @softech. Then if there is an issue you have the proof. The problem with waiting is you might go into your account tomorrow to make the change and the plan you want will no longer be there.

sometimes people see different plans on website and app. But doesn't matter where you see it, as long as the plan available on your Change Subscription section after you login, then you can schedule the plan change and PM would honour it. Just for our protection, take a screenshot and keep it.
Also, after you schedule the plan change, go back to your change subscription page after a day or two, you should see the new plan you picked showing as pending
