Missing bonus data when I switched to a cheaper subscription

I had a 37gb bonus data sitting on my account that never use cuz I had more GB than I use every monthand it said it was gonna expire in 100 days, so I switched to the cheapest subscription to use it, same now it's gone. Had see experienced something similar? I am on the brink of cancelling this stupid service

this is expected.   There is a term there with this rewards that you cannot downgrade the plan or you will loss it

but try to ask support agent, they might be able to offer you another set or data, just less , that is for your current plan amount
