Hi there.
Though my bonus minutes still appear to be intact, I'm missing all the bonus data I accrued over the last few years. This seems to have occurred since the points system was offered, though I didn't opt in
Could someone look into his please?

Thanks for the feedback everyone.
I did go over a bit over the last few months, but not much over my allotted amount. I had about 8GB saved and used about 1GB extra since March.
I'll submit a ticket as esjliv suggested as a sanity check, though it's possible I went over in previous months.

@Sabo1 - people who normally post here in the Community are customers and members, just like you! So, we have no access to your account or history whatsoever.
Do you have screenshots of these addons for any records you can provide Customer Support Agents (CSA), along with usage history that would not add up? The points system has been in place since January 25, 2022. This is a long time ago, and those addons could have easily been used up by then.
If so, submit ticket to CSA to inquire. Contact Public Mobile Representatives (CSA) by submitting a message(ticket) to them here: Private Message to Public Mobile Customer Support Agents (CSA)
Otherwise, I would agree with @Dunkman , that these addon were likely used up without you realizing.

Since you see the bonus talk add ons, is it possible that you have used up your data bonuses over the last several months? Once used up, the adds ons disappear from your account.
