Missed the 90 min window text for number transfer

I missed replying with a yes to virgin text confirming the number transfer to PM. I need a new number transfer request to be sent. I am not sure how to reach someone for this and the ticket request is not working. 

I also forgot to add my referrer code when I was first transferring the line. Hope to get support on this soon.

You can call Public Mobile porting team to provide the correct Info and get status update.  I will send you the porting team number.  Please check your Community inbox for my message
