@Jamal03 there have been reports with adding vouchers to accounts lately.
Contact CSA to have them all added to your account for you; and hopefully this glitch gets fixed soon.

You will usually find it at the top or bottom of the receipt. To top up your account with a voucher, log into your Self-Serve, account, click on the "Payment" tab, then "One-time payment". In the form that appears on the next page, click on "Payment voucher" as the payment method, enter the voucher code below, then click "Submit".

I just bought a payment voucher and it still not going thru I even used my bank card and you guys and still giving me a hassle I have kids at school my phone cannot be off

I tried that already I also tried going to 3 other gas stations to get mins to top up I even used my bank card you guys keep telling me my account can’t top up

@Jamal03 : There's no such thing as topping up minutes. You pay for a 30 day plan or you buy add-ons.
What are you trying to do?

Buying add-on is a 2 steps processes.
If you account has the $5 available fund (assuming buying $5 500 minutes add-on), You had completed the step 1. Now, you need to use the available fund to purchase the minutes add-on you want (step 2).

can you even login to My Account?
If so, first manually load enough fund for the add-on package you want to buy. You should see the fund show up as Available Fund after successful fund load
Then you can head over to buy the add-on
Or you have error when you try to load the fund?

Was it an auto pay failure?
Do you have a credit card set up on your account for auto pay?
You can try paying for your plan using 611 but you'll need to know your PIN number.
