The voucher I have it’s not going thru and I have more then one voucher nothing works 

I just bought a payment voucher and it still not going thru I even used my bank card and you guys and still giving me a hassle I have kids at school my phone cannot be off 

This is ridiculous 

I tried that already I also tried going to 3 other gas stations to get mins to top up I even used my bank card you guys keep telling me my account can’t top up
