Hello,
I had setup my community account before I had setup my self-serve account. Is there any way to have just one username and password for both?

@jespeak1 yes, they are different system. The idea is that Community welcome even non-PM customers to set account here.
Just make sure the email address used on both system are the same so they can link up the Community Reward. In case you have used a different email address, you can change it on the Community Settings.
**To confuse you more, there is in fact a 3rd system. If you ever buy phones or SIM from PM, you will have to setup another credentials 🙂

@jespeak1 unfortunatly the community and selfserve are two different systems that are unable to be linked together nor work together. so the only option is to have two separate logins username for community and an emial address for selfserve.

and community account
both the same email
when you will earn all Rewards from The Community
to them can post your Rewards at your account,
and name for commuity put it anything you like the don't care for it but very important for email,

You can change your community email and password. Choose your avatar top right corner and go to My Settings. If you want to change your self service email you will need to contact a CSA. As well, your password can be changed in self service.
