I am a new subscriber and I was sent a text by Public Mobile saying I had set a PIN without actually doing so. Now I need to reset the PIN but I’m trying to get to that page with the chatbot but it keeps asking me if I want to reset the community password, account password or voicemail password, none of which are the answer. See screenshot. How do I get to submit a ticket for the PIN change?

can you login My Account using a browser? if you can , the you can setup the pin yourself.
login My Account first, then use this link:

using the mobile app, log in to your account > cleck the Account tab at the bottom of page ...then scroll down to find Reset PIN number. If this method fails, use this link to message Customer Support...
