Update my MasterCard expiry date to 07/22
My old account doesn’t work any more. I tried to login but I can’t.

Moderators could take a few days. Old account? Is it a closed account?
If you are still a customer and need to pay to make plan work for account suspended less than 90 days, you can buy payment voucher at a store and use *611 to add it. You can also buy from recgharge.com to get a voucher and they email it to you.

Can you locate the welcome to self-serve email, not the one for community.

@1497 now go into your self serve delete old card and replace if you still can't then contact a moderator here https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

If you can't log into self serve, try clicking the forgot password button to reset the password.
If you want to refill your account you can buy vouchers and refill by dialing 611 or *611.
If you still can't log in to self serve, you'll have to write private message to Moderators, you can read about it by click this link:
