My wife has an option to make a payment using the registered payment method but I do not. How can I get this option?

bookmark that page yourself. Next time, just login the proper account using a browser first (better to use Incognito/private/secret mode) then go to the bookmark and you will get to the page
the reason why you don't see it on your account is that newer accounts don't see it. Forgot the exact, but I think account setup after 2023 no longer have that. Probably is a glitch. But that's why you need Community to help 🙂

That did work when I clicked it twice but why can’t I do it from within my account like my wife can?

I still only have the option to redeem a payment voucher, I just want to pay in advance with the card on file. I was suspended due to non payment recently even though I had funds in the card. This is unacceptable, if I could pay in advance at least I know that it wouldn’t happen again. If we can’t get it sorted I will have to find another provider. I can’t have my phone go down for reasons like that.

the link needs to be clicked twice
the first click, it will log you in, then go back to the link and click the second time and it will work
