Activation did not work

I can’t login. I try logging in and to verify my identity it sends code to email and my phone number. I CAN retrieve code from my email but CAN’T retrieve verification code text to my number because the activation failed and I now have no service from public mobile. Can’t get any help from the robots

i have tried resetting password but it did nothing 

I have tried to summit a ticket but unable to get help with that too

so frustrating 

don’t know what to do

usually, click on the Envelope icon besides your Avatar on top right.  If no such icon, click on the Avatar and select My Message
