Hello 

I can't make payment because I can't login In my account

@Rihab1977  - what do you mean the agent can't help?

 

Have you ever created a self serve account before, if not you can register for one here:

https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

 

If you are in suspended status and have never created a self serve account before, top up your account by either the registered card you may have on the account, or if you don't a card registered, then see options for online or instore topups / vouchers here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles?q=vouchers

 

If you have been in nonpay/suspended status for over 90 days, then you lost your Public Mobile account, phone number, and access to self serve.

 

 

@Rihab1977 you meant agent did not reply? or Agent said they cannot provide refund?

Thanks for your answer ,I tried many ways yesterday and today but no results and the agent can't help.

@Rihab1977 if you know the 4 digits PIN, you call make a payment via dialing *611

 

if not,  open ticket and PM support will reset it for you
