Major network problems

For the past hour i'm having issues trying to make calls, not receiving texts or calls.

I was able to make some calls but about 90% of my attempts fail but it randomly works. It dials but nothing happens then disconnects maybe 30 seconds later.

I received one call and asked them to call back 20 mins later, but they apparently cannot call me. I cannot successfully call them back. I was supposed to receive a confirmation text, that did not work either.

I have tried scanning for networks and restarting the phone, no effect. 

Data works fine.

This appears to be a network issue.

you in parts of Ontario who went through recent winter storm ? Recent news report as many as 40, 000 still without power. Broken poles / wires being replaced asap. Could be you're affected too.

are you in parts of Ontario affected by recent winter storm ? News report today say as many as 40,000 customers still without permanent power. Broken poles and hardware are slowly being repaired. Could be outages are affecting you today.
