I inadvertently bought a Canada Data Add-on instead of a US add-on . How do i get a refund!

PM is prepaid carrier and usually do not provide refund. But we know in cases like this, they will help to switch.  so, don't be shy, just submit ticket with pm agent

 please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
If any issue with ticket submission, you can  submit by direct message:

(and then type: Customer Support Agent)
