I signed up in June and paid $38.08 on June 08 and again June 14. How do I get the duplicate payment reversed?? Thanks

First, check with your card issuer that one isn't only a pending charge. Some card issuers will show the same charge as both pending and posted for the same transaction. why you paid twice? or you setup two accounts?
