I signed up in June and paid $38.08 on June 08 and again June 14. How do I get the duplicate payment reversed??  Thanks

First, check with your card issuer that one isn't only a pending charge. Some card issuers will show the same charge as both pending and posted for the same transaction.  Once it has been confirmed that there are two different charges , open a ticket using the chatbot.  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

why you paid twice? or you setup two accounts?

check with support.  If a duplicated activation, they can help
