Hi made a payment and apears on Public mobile portal but when trying to make phone call keeps telling me that my phone is not active.
Can you active my phone Please ?

I changed reduced my plan, the amount is not reflecting on public mobile site, but is out of my account. It still shows inactive, and I have turned my phone off then on. Same thing. What now?

Have you tried restarting your phone? If this didnt work, than you'll need to contact a mod
Send a private message with all of your relvant account info (Name, Phone number and account number) And hopefully your service will be up and running soon! I believe support starts around 9am EST
