@Deepi what phone do you have?
Data is usually APN problem
Reboot first and Try Reset all networks or Reset Network Settings
If iPhone, update the Carrier Profile
If Android, let us know and I will send you the correct APn settings

I would suggest not using IMEI when porting. Use the account number and it should work no problem.

@Deepi provide them account number instead of IMEI
There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
