As was the case back in September a voucher i purchased at Jean Coutu on the 25 November 2016 is not being accepted.
I keep getting this message when i try to add this payment to my account:
Unfortunately, Voucher # could not be added. Please verify the Voucher and try again.
I sent e mails to Shazia_K and Mary_M at PUBLIC MOBILE earlier today the 29 November 2016 and still no answer. I hope it gets resolved before i get my service cut again like happened last time?!
