I purchased a PM SIM card on 28th Nov 2022 (317797). It was not received. I made another order on 13th Dec 2022 (319733). Again, it was not delivered. I contacted the PM support service and they made another order (320720).
I really want to know what is the problem with delivery and who is responsible.

I contacted them, and every time a new person answered. They confirmed the orders but no one knows where the SIM cards have been sent. And, Canada Post is a nightmare.

@afattahi Public Mobile (CSA) would be responsible for reordering for you if you didn't receive these. Did you pay at least twice for a SIM card? Hopefully, they are sending you two from the ticket you submitted to CSA, if not, respond back and confirm.

@afattahi @It can take 3 days to 3 weeks to arrive .. typical with in 10 business day thou you should have it in hand …. You can reach out to support again to find out when it was shipped and when you should have it .. but It sounds like your gonna have more SIM cards showing up before you know it
