Exact message? Enter network unlock PUK? That means phone is locked.  Old carrier or manufacturer gives that. Otherwise, it's a code for your sim card and you get that from Public Mobile. You need to know which one.

You can contact Samsung directly via phone or online live chat to get PUK code

Do you need a PUK code and use a previous provider ?  What brand and model of phone do you have ?  if your phone is locked to a previous provider then you would need to contact them to unlock your phone.

If it is a Samsng you would need to contact them otherwise, you would need to submit a ticket by clicking on the question mark on teh bottom right.
