regarding payment for re-cycle

Hi there,

i'm having issues with my bill as my bill for the 13th of may when my plan re-cycles was $28 with rewards. I just paid it off because i thought i would get a re-cycle of data casuse i've run out and it now says i need to pay $40 on the 13th of may? Could you please help me with this confusion?
