Unable to download photo

Hello, 

I am using zenfone 4 and my friend has sent me a photo mms, but somehow I am not able to download or open it at all. SMS works fine, so I am not sure what is wrong.

I'll add something here that's missing in the link and it causes the APN to not work most of the time.
@deraly Make sure you select the APN type as "mms" either by checking the box or enter the text manually.

Hope you'll get it working.

Picture MMS needs data to work.

Enable data.  Restart your phone to let it configure your APN on your phone automatically.  If it does not work, you need to setup your APN manually.
