Let the Customer Support Agents (CSA) know about this as well, submit a ticket here – to be directly connected to the Fraud Management Customer Support Agent (CSA) team who may be able to restore your original SIM card.

@AKOTTAWA So, are you not able to access your Self Serve My Account?
For your PM service, is your SIM not working now because someone hacked into your My Account and changed the SIM?
If that is the case, sound like you have a bigger problem then just your PM service. You should check your other email services as well as Banking service. They might have access to those as well. Contact all of those and change the passwords immediately. Please use different passwords for different accounts. Not a single one for all
For PM, you can contact PM Support and put the service on Lost/Stolen first and work with them to get the access back.
Message them here:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

I am really surprised they got into your iPhone. Security is normally good on a newer iPhone.
I would also you bring your 13 into an Apple Genius Store and see what an Apple staff can do for you

If you can login to all your accounts like financials, emails, here then obviously change the passwords. Now.
Do you still have services with your phone?
