I do not need data because I use a flip phone. I click "subscriptions" at the bottom of the page and it lets me see a $19 plan. But instead of letting me subscribe it asks me to log in, even though I was already logged in.
When I click the "log in" button it takes me to a different page with more EXPENSIVE plans.
Why are you guys attempting this weird scam on people??? I've attempted to get help thru the chat bot at least 4 times to no avail. I do not wish to pay 35$ for a plan which I'd use NONE of the unlimited data.
Please fix this, I've been asking the bot for a month ? I used my points last month because I could not have the issue solved. what a joke, this makes me want to change companies.

@Figgy I understand the frustration. Sounds like your current plan is $35, and you’re looking at the $19. For the sake of saving $16 /month, it may be worth it to you (and others in the same boat) to port out to a different carrier, and then port back in as a new subscriber to unlock all of the plans allowing you to select the $19. If you have any current referrals, or unused mins left on your current cycle, those will be lost. The positives from this workaround are: keep your number, get a $19 plan. The Telus deal that @eddieO refers to sounds like a solid option for you as well. Hope it all works out for you

@Figgy hairbag1 is right, we can only change to what Public Mobile has made available to each person's account and it's usually based on how much their current plan costs, very little if any chance to move to cheaper plans.
But if you are interested, Telus has a Talk & Text 100 plan which is $100 for 365 days 400 nation wide minutes 400 incoming/outgoing SMS and MMS
* Plus, unlimited nationwide minutes, SMS and 2GB monthly for one year with new activations. Promo Code: BONUS100

as of last spring, we can only change plans to the ones offered in each users own account...no longer can we go in and out of plans at will. For the most part...we can usually upgrade to more expensive plan...but can't downgrade to cheaper. To contact Customer Support, in your case, use this link to message Customer Support...
