This is definitely suspicious. The only way to receive that response is if a non active number is called. I suspect a mis-dial or that a wrong number is saved in a call history and it is being called up in error.
I have never heard of this issue before. Send a private message to @CS_Agent and provide your public mobile phone number and have the mods take a look at your account.
