Can't receive or sent MMS. Data is on, the APN is correct, did network reset, still not working. The provider is charging, but not providing service or help. Not happy!

Hi @Demaks MMS issue have to be a problem with APN.
does sms work?
MMS ever work on this phone
yours is an android? clear message app cache or clear data

An active cellular data connection is required to use the MMS function. Open the phone's Settings and tap “Wireless and Network Settings.” Tap “Mobile Networks” to confirm it is enabled. If not, enable it and attempt to send a MMS message.

MVNO type: none
MVNO value: not set
