MMS not working on 2 differents android device with 2 differents sim

Hi, we have 2 differents Android device that since a few days refuse to send or receive MMS message, nothing has changed in our settings. The last successfull MMS was last saturday Feb 24 4h36 PM. The first time I noticed the problem was on Feb 28 7h40 PM. Since then I have made multiple attemp with no success at all on different contact. I double checked that cellular data work and is turned on. I did try to redo the APN setting according to different solution posted here along the year but nothing work. I turned off and on the phone. removed the sim and reinserted it. I'm out of idea to try and fix. I have a default APN for pubic mobile that doesn't work. I created a new one with these settings and it still doesn't work:

Name: Public Mobile
APN: sp.mb.com
Proxy: not set
Port: not set
user: not set
pass: not set
server: not set
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
mms proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
mms port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC:220
auth type: not set
apn type: default, supl, mms
apn protocol: ipv4
apn roaming: ipv4
(greyed out) apn enable/disable: Apn enable
bearer: unspecified
mvno type: none
MVNO value: not set

The default Public mobile has only these settings as different but doesn't work either

mms proxy: 74.49.0.18
mms port: 80

I also tried the suggestion from another post that had "CA - public mobile" MMS settings and it didn't work either.

It also seem that small sms are doing fine but if I write a longer msg I get the same behavior than MMS, msg is stuck in sending state and never leave the phone. Incoming msg says they can't be downloaded and to try again.

@cividan what models are the phone??

Your phone's could be affected by this announcement:

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Announcements/Picture-and-Group-Messaging-End-Date-Fe...

if you are using a device that released after 2017, generally, you can simply click Reset All networks or Reset network settings to get the latest APN

Also, you can make a manual update, here are the old and new settings

Old settings:

APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: 74.49.0.18
MMS port: 80
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
APN Type: default,supl,mms
                             or        default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri

New Settings:

APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
APN Type: default,supl,mms
                             or             default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri
