Just to be certain, @Smij , why are you needing a new SIM card?
Is your prior Public Mobile SIM card (& device) lost or stolen?
Asking only to be sure changing your SIM card is the correct action to take. (though likely, it is)

Buy new PM SIM and swap it through self-serving account.

@Smij Log into your self serve account and select the Change SIM option on the right side of the overview page or by selecting My Plans/Add-ons tab and follow the prompts to change the SIM and you will also need to select the method to receive 2FA from PM to verify the SIM change.
