Lost service all of a sudden & Account locked

I started a 3-month plan on Jan 23 and I lost service all of a suddent today.  Thinking that my 3 months might be up, I tried to log in to my account to see when my expiry date is and I am getting this message: "Sorry, you've been locked out. Please contact Public Mobile for help."

I am unable to go into my account.  My 3-month plan should not have expired this early.  Does anybody know what is going on?  Did somebody hack into my account?  I was having a terrible experience setting up with Public Mobile initially so today's experience brought extreme inconvenience to me once again.  I had to meet a friend from out of town and I had to drive around to look for free wifi spot to get connected again.

@Samianauman no and it looks like it won't for at least 48 to 72 business hours according to Mod. 

 

Anyway, my account got suspended because of a payment issue, at least I was told.  So PM decided to suspend my account without giving me any heads up.  My accont was set up with auto payment and I confirmed with my bank 3 times today that payment was made to PM successfully.  Mod told me to contact my bank because of an issue. My bank told me there was no issueI so contact PM so I'm tossed around.  I know for a fact that I paid for my 3-month service and I'm now suspended.  If I'm missing payment, shouldn't they send me a notificaiton to remind me instead of suspending my service without any warning?  It's like you missed your mortage payment and the bank will foreclose your hosue with absolutely no warning.  This simply doesn't happen.  

 

This has caused me great inconvenience and the 2 experiences combined was quite costly to me.  I've used numerous telecom services in the past and I have never experienced anything like this.  I seriously regret choosing Public Mobile.

I'm really sorry to hear that you've been locked out of your account and your services no longer working 😕 This sounds quite strange, since you have a 90 day plan that has not yet expired.

Did you add or remove any addon/service? 

Have you tried to recover password, reset it?  

If it doesnt work, only a MOD can reset it for you and find out what happen unfortunately.
