I lost my phone would like to cancel monthly payment

@rpchretien  Login Into your my account and go to profile tab and report list or stolen or disable auto pay form payment tab … you can also ask support to remove your credit card info right away also

Log in to your account using email for verification and then use the lost/stolen function to suspend the account.

If your email uses sms only for its verification then all you can do is ask support.

Or call 1-855-4pu-blic and get the renewal date and pause your credit card the evening before through to the next day noon time.
